These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of junkcrushersva.com and the dumpster rental, junk removal, phone, and text messaging services provided by Junk Crushers ("Junk Crushers," "we," "us," or "our") in Hampton Roads, Virginia. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.
SMS Terms
Program description
Junk Crushers sends text messages about your booking and service, including booking confirmations, rental contract and payment links, delivery and pickup updates, scheduling changes, and customer service replies.
How you opt in
You opt in to receive text messages from Junk Crushers by providing your mobile phone number when booking a service on the Junk Crushers website, or by giving verbal consent when you call us at (757) 520-0266. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Verbal consent script
When you book by phone, after your booking details are collected, you are asked:
"Can we text you at this number with your booking confirmation, rental contract and payment link, and updates about your delivery and pickup? Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help. Is that okay?"
Texts are sent only if you say "yes." Your consent, with the date and time, is recorded in your booking record, and a confirmation text is sent to your number.

Opting out
You can cancel text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message from Junk Crushers. You will receive one final text confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START or contact us.

Carrier disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we use your information.
Bookings and payment
Dumpster reservations are confirmed only after successful payment and acceptance of your rental contract. Each rental is also governed by the rental contract you review and accept before payment; if that contract conflicts with these terms, the rental contract controls for that rental. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, address, and placement information.
- Ensure safe, clear access for delivery and pickup, and obtain any permits needed for street placement.
- Do not place prohibited or hazardous materials in the dumpster. Approved materials and any extra fees are described in your rental contract.
Estimates
Online and photo-based estimates are for planning purposes. Final pricing depends on the actual items, volume, weight, and material type at the time of service.
Website use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access areas that are not public. Website content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Junk Crushers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or text messaging services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last changed.
